We offer free setup and support to selected companies. Our goal is to mature the product together in real business environments;
in return, we expect regular usage and constructive feedback. Applications are reviewed against available capacity.
Program terms
Approval and timing: Applications are reviewed. If approved, we will
reply by email .
If you do not hear back within 30 days , you may assume the request was
not approved for this period.
Capacity: Free admissions are limited by system capacity.
When accounts stop meeting expectations or drop out of active use,
new admissions may follow application order .
Who is a good fit?
Companies running an active business system (ERP, CRM, finance, orders, tickets, and similar)
Teams with structured data in PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, a warehouse, or regular Excel/CSV exports
Teams that use data for weekly or monthly management and operations decisions
Organizations that can provide at least one business owner and one technical contact
What we expect in return for free service
Real usage: The team asks questions and builds views regularly in the first 30 daysFeedback: A short biweekly call or written note on incorrect, missing, or slow answersScenario: At least one concrete business scenario (for example collections, stock risk, SLA, sales summary)Sample questions: Share 10–20 “good business questions” for product calibrationSuccess metric: A measurable goal such as report prep time, less Excel work, or faster decisionsReference: Willingness to support an anonymous or named case study when appropriate
Data and privacy
By default, company data is not sent to an AI provider.
When AI access to data is required, the process continues with user approvals.
